Ku
Nye: Traditional Tibetan Massage DVD
by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang

Traditional Tibetan Medicine is
a natural and holistic medical science. In Traditional Tibetan Medicine,
health is described as being a balance between the three humours
or three energetic principles of the body.
Ku Nye massage is one of the numerous
specific external therapies used to restore the balance in each
of the three humours. It is the best therapy for lung or
'Wind' humour imbalances, therefore it takes an important position
in the external therapies as lung humour should be pacified
before and after a specific treatment.
Some of the benefits of Ku Nye massage:
increased vitality, elimination of toxins stored in the body, alleviation
of various types of pain, and the calming of nervous disorders including
insomnia, depression, and anxiety. This film reveals the Ku Nye
massage techniques but it does not replace training with a qualified
practitioner if you intend to practice this massage. If you are
